ESPN announced on Wednesday that Nick Saban, the most-retired college football coach in history, will be joining the network.

In addition to appearing on ESPN’s coverage of the SEC Media Day and NFL Draft, the 72-year-old will mostly serve as an analyst on “College Game Day.”

After 17 years as the head coach of Alabama football, Saban retired as the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision’s all-time football head coach with seven national titles, six of which he won there.

At Louisiana State University, where he also won a national championship, Michigan State University, and the University of Toledo, Saban was a college coach as well. In 25 of his 28 seasons there, his teams made it to the Bowl Championship Series championship game, and he never had a losing season.
