For those Arizona Cardinals fans who can afford to stay in the new field-level luxury casitas that are coming to State Farm Stadium, the team will provide a home away from home.
The Cardinals have called the new, specially-built, multi-level casitas the NFL’s version of beachfront property, in a first-of-its-kind concept for stadium seating. The two-story casitas feature a front yard, a main room, and a rooftop balcony. They are located just feet from the south end zone and can accommodate up to 20 guests.
According to Chief Operating Officer of the Cardinals Jeremy Walls, “They are literally your own home in our end zone.” Every casita boasts a spacious living area ideal for entertaining family, friends, and clients, along with a private front porch overlooking the activity and a roof terrace. There are different locations to view the game from, making it a unique experience outside of an NFL stadium.
With the ticket, you may enjoy valet parking, a private stadium entry, premium food and beverages that are included all day, and the privacy that comes with specially designed casitas.
In preparation for the 2024 NFL season, the Cardinals will upgrade the field-level seating options at their Glendale, Arizona, stadium with more additions than just the south end zone casitas. A new Morgan Athletic Club, field boxes, field suites, sideline and end zone field seats, tunnel suites, and a Casita Garden Club are among the other amenities the team has planned.
Walls states, “We want to find ways to make our fan experience one of the best in the NFL as we continue to modernize our business on and off the field.” “We wanted to figure out how to give fans and customers amazing experiences.”A few years ago, State Farm Stadium had renovations that included enhancements to the tailgate area, clubs, and luxury level. 2024 will see a concentration on field seating.
The new Casita Garden Club is located in the south end zone, behind the new casitas. The 13,400-square-foot club is intended to resemble an outside patio with a garden theme inside an NFL end zone. Views of the route players take from the home locker room to the field are available from the club, which stretches the length of the south end zone. Situated near some of the most opulent seats in the stadium, the club offers an all-inclusive menu of food and beverages.
