“I was glad for him. That was my most memorable response. I was overjoyed for him to see him beam with excitement and smile. That is his obsession. However, the wheels began to turn and people said, “Oh, gosh.” “Well, let’s take it one day at a time,” Jessica stated. The family moved to North Texas in the mid year of 2021 with two of several’s five youngsters, center schoolers Gabbie and Izzie, close by.
“That was my main worry. They had been with the same kids, at the same school, and from the same families. “You know, middle school is hard because you just grow and try to figure out where you are,” Jessica said. “Yet, this is their home now, and they have truly embraced it, and they’ve made a few truly old buddies, and they couldn’t be better.”
In their adjustment to life as Texans, Jessica claimed that her daughters have even begun using the pronoun “y’all.” “Oh, yes, that is now their thing. They have a much busier social life than I do. So I’m glad for them,” Jessica said. Coach Mike McCarthy spends much of his summer away from the heaviness of football season with his family. According to Jessica, he relaxes on the lake. “That is Mike’s favorite spot. The lake and the boat. Simply being with everyone. He values his family very much.
